Chestnut honey is obtained in the summer flowering chestnut tree with characteristic yellow flowers that give rise to a dark amber honey, aromatic and slightly acrid .
Serving suggestions: consumed all year for example like aperitif combined with various cheeses like: Tuscan caciotta , caciocavallo cheese, goat cheese, parmesan cheese.
